Salary is between £40,000 - £50,000 (subject to experience) with an OTE between £80,000 - £90,000.

At AccessPay, the Sales Executive is focused only on new logo acquisition. This role involves proactive outbound opportunity creation and converting leads generated by our in-house SDR and Marketing Team. 

Through consultative selling, you will explore how our services can enable finance departments to transform, automate, protect, and future-proof their payment operations.

Job role and responsibilities

  • Deal Management: Effectively developing and converting leads into opportunities, and opportunities into clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Consistenly build 3X pipeline, proactively managing all opportunities throughout the sales cycle
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Ensuring all system information is correct and up to date (training on Salesforce will be provided)
  • Target focussed: Hit or exceed given monthly and quarterly ARR (Annually Recurring Revenue) targets
  • Always learning: Continually develop your understanding of the payments industry, our prospects vertical markets and AccessPay’s services (training will be provided on a continuous basis)
  • Agility: Able to work independently but also operate across functions, as you will work closely with solution consultants, marketing, product, implementation, customer success, account management and data teams.

Skills, knowledge & expertise

  • Educated to a degree level with strong academic results (preferred, not essential)
  • B2B experience essential ; in consultative selling preferably from a technical, IT or software sales
  • Sales experience into the office of the CFO would be beneficial
  • Record of consistent & exceptional achievement in exceeding goals
  • Presentation skills : Excellent written, communication and presentation skills, as most business is conducted through online interactions
  • Ambition: Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success
  • Knowledge / experience of MEDDICC qualification methodology would be beneficial
